Hope you are doing well mate!
We had the inspector round earlier this week and John finished off the last few bits.
All we are waiting for now is the carpet which we are having done next weekend.
I just wanted to say what a great job you have done on the design, when you said we would get 2 rooms up there we were so happy and seeing them now is absolutely amazing.
John did a great job too.
